    The aldi combo is brushless.
The identical product is this (I think)

    • Bunnings have done this before - price matching brushless Aldi tools with brushed Ozito.
Last time it was the Aldi brushless 2 x 18V mower vs Ozito 2 x 18V brushed mower.

      • I remember when they did this a few cycles ago, and then dropped the brushless versions to even cheaper. The recip saw and the multi-funcion tool.

Snapped them both up for ~$89 the pair. Still sitting in the boxes.

I have a number of Ozito tools, and quite happy with them, but this kind of marketing rubbish doesn't do ,uch for the image.

This is the 10mm drill, so a bit small.

  • I seem to remember the cheaper Ozito drill having plastic chuck?

Junk. I owned these and got rid of them.
Now own the brushless ALDI ones which are leaps ahead.

    • Well considering that Aldi frequently change the battery connection and make you buy a new set is F@cked and never have stock. You can walk into any Bunning and exchange any battery with a receipt super easy

I'm pretty confident this is regular pricing. The Aldi kit is brushless.

    No deal here.

Sorry, standard price, not brushless like ALDI, and poor drills.

  • OP got me excited for nothing, have the brushless set on my bookmarks bar waiting for them to pricematch Aldi

  • Anyway way of telling whether an ozito drill is brushless by the model number?
