These look like they are for training (a plastic bag that fits around the head of a CPR dummy).
The original offer looks to be used on an actual person.
Just do hands only CPR.
It's better than a hands-off approach.

Don't see why you are getting down voted. I thought it was common knowledge that mouth to mouth is no longer recommended.

They've found the hand presses push out and draw in more air than breath could alone.

FWIW, something like half of blood transfusion victims die within the first 5 to 10 years.
Australia has seen somewhere between 8,000 and 20,000 blood transfusion victims who became infects with HIV or HepC.
And that was well before more recent contamination issues.
Ain't nobody wants your tainted blood. Certainly no pure bloods do.surely blood transfusions are scanned for issues
