How long before my Epic Rewards are granted and can be used on another purchase?

Epic Rewards are granted at different times depending on the type of content you purchase using Epic’s payment system:
- For content marked non-refundable (like virtual currency or subscriptions), your rewards are granted instantly after the purchase is completed.
- For all other content, your rewards will be granted 14 days after your purchase, which aligns with our standard refund policy.

Do Epic Rewards expire?

Yes, the Epic Rewards will expire 25 months from the date on which they were granted to the Rewards Balance.

Do I earn Epic Rewards on subscriptions?

Yes, you will earn Epic Rewards for each recurring payment that you make with Epic’s payment system. However, Epic Rewards can’t be redeemed to purchase any subscription, including Fortnite Crew .
