I made purchase 2 units when this deal came out. Since then I have never got this items yet. I paid via paypal and charged me already for $14 and I have proof of purchase. I sent them email twice and never got any response. How can I do this?

I also purchased two units. Absolute waste of money. Really awful junk. Probably should pursue it with JungleJumble but can't be bothered for $14. Just won't buy from them again
I cant recall if i paid via paypal or cc, but i definitely got mine, fast shipping too.
I tried using it to record church meetings and quality was good, it picks up everything. I also tried recording for four hours and file size is only about 135mb.
Im actually happy with my $7 purchase. does junglejumble have any phone number you can ring?
