Does know know any good quality power boards (no Arlec, Jackson and or any other generic brands) with 8 sockets and have individual switches? I will be plugging my portable air conditioner, laptop, phones, nintendo switch.

Pretty much. Arlec, Jackson, HPM are good quality for laptop, phones, nintendo switch. I wouldn't plug a Portable air into a Powerboard.
yeah i thought the jackson 4 port board with dedicated illuminated off-switch and slide over covers were actually quite decent for the money - especially as it was the only one with a right angled plug and a decent lead length on it.

Something that lasts more than a year and doesn't have loose sockets so all types of plugs should fit firmly
I don't think any quality manufacturer would make a board that an user can plug in 8 appliances.

Head into Bunnings and look at what the warranty is and keep a copy of the receipt (make a photocopy).
No home power board is deigned for plug to be in/out K's, so you may want to look at an commercial power board.
