This is still ridiculously expensive. I can get the same data plan with similar, if not better up/down for almost 1/2 the price even with the discount. Paid $32 for 20gb for 30 days for Japan. It’s $52.50 with this company even with the 30% discount. Scam prices.

Guys, these guys feel very deceptive. I bought a 5g Japan sim from them under their old brand (sims direct) and it was only 4g - and did not respond to me after sales.

Buy it from Trip (search trip.com esim). Japan 25 day - 20gb 5g with Docomo is US$12.
