Introducing My NRMA Lite
The membership program for those who’ve previously held roadside assistance or My NRMA Rewards subscriptions. My NRMA Lite gives you access to free inclusions on the My NRMA app including the ability to search fuel prices, find parking, charge your EV, earn cashback and browse travel articles.
My NRMA Lite is completely free and our way of continuing to help you on the road and on your travels, even if you don’t need roadside assistance.

So it's not the same as NRMA Blue unfortunately.

Sounds a bit useless.
They were going to call it "My NRMA Useless", but the marketing department said "My NRMA Lite" sounds better.
For the people here claiming this is useless. It's not, plenty of use for example for supercheap auto and similar who give discounts to people autoclub membership
Many hotel chains/etc give discounts for NRMA/AAA members. They rarely asked to see ID, but I have been asked occasionally (my 20 years old NRMA membership card works fine as it doesn't have an expiry date on it!), but if they do being able to show this in the app would almost certainly keep them happy.

Not the same as Nrma Blue. Apparently, that's now Nrma rewards. That's still the same price as before.
This just gives search access (plus the cashback program, like you get elsewhere without paying), not benefit/discount access.
