              @MEGASERVE: You do realise that the jury is still out regarding artificial sweeteners, in that they can potentially lead to weight gain. We're still not sure how the gut microbiome reacts to artificial sweeteners. Notwithstanding they are just chemicals. If we're trying to be healthy, I'd personally avoid artificial sweeteners just as much as sugar itself.

    These always go on half price at the start of summer and I stock up big time. $3 a pack isn't as good as it used to be but it's way better than the $7.20 they've been asking for of late. Raided the local woolies today and have enough to get me through summer now.
