Buy some malic acid powder and sprinkle some in your concoction. It will give it a real green apple sour kick! I purchased a 1kg pack from Kegland and use it when I make homemade apple cordial.
These always go on half price at the start of summer and I stock up big time. $3 a pack isn't as good as it used to be but it's way better than the $7.20 they've been asking for of late. Raided the local woolies today and have enough to get me through summer now.
