Omg only got 5.50 cheeseburger meal/ no toy :(
The T&C's aren't outlined very well for this offer. When I tried to claim, nothing from the loose change menu worked (even if the total is more than $2, with multiple items added). I opted for a cheeseburger which meant my min spend was $4.85.

My offers are the stupid mega meal large or medium. Been there for months. Nothing else.
Those are just the permanent deals available to everyone. Should be getting a new offer every Tues and Fri. Might need to clear cache/storage and re-log in. Seem to recall that's how people were getting the AFL/NRL GF free big mac offer to show up.
