901 bus and Broadmeadows train combo

Or, on weekdays, take the 479 from Sunbury station to T4 and save the $10 (more after the intro period) for overpriced airport food.

  • Introductory to shithole ?

  • Honestly why bother - by the time you mess around getting to the station THEN catching the SkyBus your trip is going to take ages.

    We need train not buses

  • Trying to put the airport trainline out of business before it is built.

Is there a more scummy company than Skybus, maybe Electronic Arts. How about public buses provide quick and easy rail connections rather give this scum of a private company exclusive access to the airport while public services are gimped

    • You can get public buses to the bus terminal near T4. I do so from Broadmeadows station, which I catch a (public) bus to.

The easiest way to figure out the optimal PT route to Tulla is the PTV journey planner site.

      • and why do you think the public buses are at T4 with no signage advising visitors of the option , Why is there not a bus stop at T3 or T2 right next to the sky bus so punters have a choice……thats right because this scummy company is giving kick backs to politicians and airport operators to ensure their profit margins are protected. what a bunch of a holes

Skybus should make a day tour to show tourists how lovely this city is.
    1st stop: Sunshine
    2nd stop: Broadmeadows
    3rd stop: Frankston

    • From first class to no class. I'm lovin' it.

901 bus goes to Broadmeadows already

  • wasnt Skybus coming to Sydney for whatever reason?

It is only for the provision of within precinct services at Sydney Airport. So things like shuttling passengers between remote gates and remote bays (planes not parked at the terminal building), between terminals: https://www.skybus.com.au/newsroom/skybus-lands-in-sydney-yo…

They provide airport precinct services at Melbourne Airport as well especially for the shuttling of passengers from remote bays to Terminal 2 especially during morning peak.

  • Rather they pulled their fingers out of the arseholes, and got on with building the rail link already.
