Would like has suggestions for best cheapy camcorder (ideally around $300) for lowlight conditions. 720 fine so long as it's awesome 720.
Suggestions on more exe model for full HD welcome if consensus is 720 not worth it.

Get a Nikon J1 with 10mm F2.8 Lens for around $275 on ebay. It takes excellent 1080P 30FPS video.
