      Any luck with the invoice? I need a proper one for tax purposes, however I really don't enjoy dealing with them after what I had to go through previously…

        I got it in the end, after doing the calculations myself and telling them exactly what it should say. Even after spelling things out for them, the rep didn't copy everything I wrote and it's still not 100% correct, but it's good enough for my purposes. And rep didn't attach it in the email, so I had to email them for a third time. :/

    Bought a 15inch retina on the 10th of Feb. Asked them how long it would be using their online chat on Tuesday last week and was told "it should be with you in the next day or so"

    Still waiting and have asked for a tracking number 3 times - which I have not received. The first time I called they did not know which shipping company they had used. Their website said it had shipped on Thursday last week (however an email from them and phone call said it was shipped a day later).

    Would just like them to at least provide a tracking number so I can be sure it hasn't been delivered to the wrong person.
