Hi all,

I'm looking at getting SimCity 5.. looking around for a deal. These are the prices I have found so far.. if anyone else has any from a reputable dealer please add. After rounding these up I will likely get mine from VideoEzy

          No you can't. Buying retail just gets you a disc and an Origin key, you need to use that key to unlock the game on Origin and from then on you can't sell the game.

    has over 1000 different buildings,strong online gamers support with additional buildings, transport etc. Huge land maps.

      Thx for the link mate. Checked the site out and it is available in English ("Inglas" during language selection after clicking on add to cart).

      Paid via cc and appeared in Origin acct instantly (order confirmation was also likewise instant). Haven't started the download yet, but English (US) was in the language selection after clicking on Download.

      Not as cheap as the Indian EA deal, but at least it's in stock.

      I'll probably regret the purchase (seeing as I've actively tried to avoid using Origin and anything EA-related) but the urge to play Simcity was too hard to resist…

        Yes it does. I've got the link to download the pack separately from the main game under Simcity in Origin

          The download link for Heroes and Villains pack is under the details page of Simcity inside the Origin app. When I click on the Simcity icon it gives me an "i" button and a "Download" button.

          Click on the "i" to expand for more details. At the bottom of the page there are offers to purchase DLC not owned yet, along with DLC you do own. The Heroes and Villains download link was right at the bottom of the page (with no $ price listed next to the Download button, since it comes along with the Limited Edition).

          I believe each different region comes with a different bonus building. Can't remember what the bonus building was for Mexico…

    I dont recommend buying any non Battlefield game off Origin
    Or any single player game that needs constant internet connection

    SimCity 2013 seems to be one of the worst botched releases of 2013.
    I would recommend to avoid buying Simcity 2013.

      Because it's really fine. Maybe launch day was poor but now there are no problems.

      Ditto. After googling em most forums says they are dodgy and some even say its a scam after ppl bought games and didn't receive anything. I'd love to be hear otherwise..

      Correct me if I'm wrong- but I just used the Japan University's VPN via India, went to Origin.com, and I've found it at $26 still.

      Seems like it's still a bargain?
