      Comments like yours are completely unhelpful. I see from your past comments you didn't receive your chicken tikka marsala. But I don't think that warrants negging this deal as those living on the eastern seaboard have no issues with these guys.

      Firstly the op is not representing the company just bring the deal to our attention so 'you shouldn't be in business!' is directed at the wrong person.
      Secondly 'Delivery Hero' is a portal, bring business to consumer, like ebay and amazon market place, there will sometimes be the odd bad supplier, if it was a general problem that would be an issue, but you can rate them on the website and ask for your money back.

      Last time I used these guys I put a note on my order that I will actually pick it up after work on my way home. DH had to contact me for some reason and when they saw my message that I'd be picking it up they refunded the delivery fee I had paid. Highly recommended.

    Not as good as Eatnow because of high minimum spend and delivery cost in my area, but very handy savings regardless. Thanks OP.

      Yeah. I wanted to pickup but it was not possible via the DeliveryHero web interface; even for the same stores on EatNow that do allow pickup.

      Had a back and forth with one of the DeliveryHero tech's and basically was told to do pickup it has to be done manually - which seemed amusing purpose defeating

    Doesn't Delivery Hero know that it's cheaper to satisfy and retain existing customers than it is to attract new ones?

    All they are doing is turning me off with these 'new customers only' vouchers. Isn't it better to get existing customers into the habit of purchasing from DH instead of excluding and annoying them?

    Good value. The Refer-A-Friend deal is pretty good too. 'Friend' gets same $10 off, and you get $5 off when they redeem. I have a large family!

      Depends on the store. Some have a delivery fee while others don't.
