X series laptops are being discounted over AU$1,000, T series over AU$500, R series over AU$900 and SL series over AU$800.

  Had a look at their site. The front end page of all the models looks deceiving, as if you are getting something better than you really are. Stating cpu's "up to", then showing the best cpu available below the cheapest price.
  Only when you click to view the series for sale the true prices/specs come up. I tried it a few times to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong.
  In my books its almost false advertising. They say "Prices From" quoting the lowest price but below that they show specs for a far more expensive laptop.
  Bah Humbug! how do I get to the Asus laptops!

    yes, misleading ad. and no auas. but the prices are very attractive
