Tekken Tag Tournament 2 $9.95, King of Fighters XIII $4.95 for Xbox 360

330

Two games from the Ultimate Sale today which are cheaper than US pricing ($19.95 and $9.95) respectively.
King of Fighters XIII link here: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-AU/Product/THE-KING-OF-FIGHTE…
Tomorrow is also the last day of the sale, so remember to pick up any sale-long games you want (Raving Rabbids and the Tom Clancy games are cheaper here than in the US.)
Edit: Just noticed that the Xbox Live Ultimate Game Sale updated to reflect these prices before this was posted up, so I'm going to close this as a duplicate

Great price for tekken, wish I didn't get the CE at launch though

  • What left to be on sale tomorrow?

  • Good deals again.

With all these on-demand games, it's a shame you can't just use your product key of the game you already have and install it properly on your xbox. I've already got all these :(

  • Damn. I regret buying TTT2 CE for $35 at EB a fortnight ago!

  • What do you do if you own a 4GB Slim ?

    Download is 7.77Gb!

    • usb drive

      • Oh yeah, i forgot about that. I am going to take a stab in the dark and say 8Gb formats to roughly 7.76Gb……. Better get me a 16Gb.

        • 32Gb are cheap, you dont need a usb3 one as the xbox does not have usb3

    • Get the hard drive. I recently put a 320gb on my old Xbox (upgraded from 20) and wow what a difference. Suddenly I can install games which boot faster and download stuff too off Xbox live!!

Jump on ozsave.com, grab a MS 800 points card for $9.99, then buy the $9.95 games using MS Points which equates to 600 Points.
    Let me explain myself.
    800 points for $10
    $10 divided by 800 = 0.0125 cents
purchase $9.95 game using 600 MS Points
    600 MS Points X 0.0125 cents = $7.50
$9.95 games equates to $7.50 saving of $2.45

    • ozsave are pretty safe, I've used them a few times and no problems. As others have stated there is a funny authentication method where you input your phone number and you get a call back with a code to enter.Once you input the code then ms points code will be emailed to you.
You also can use ozsave as a guest without registering.

      http://www.ozsave.com/xbox-360/accessories/xbox-360-live-800…

    • $4.95 games = 300 MS Points ozsave method = $3.75 Saving of $1.25
      $9.95 games = 600 MS Points ozsave method = $7.50 Saving of $2.45
      $19.95 games = 1200 MS Points ozsave method = $15.00 Saving of $4.95
      $29.95 games = 1800 MS Points ozsave method = $22.50 Saving of $7.45

The only issue some might have, you need to buy in multiples of $10 cards with 800 MS Points.
      $30 = 2400 MS Points
      e.g 8 x $4.95 games = $39.60, 8 x 300 MS points = 2400 points, so at $30 from ozsave = saving of $9.60

Also I'm not associated with Ozsave, although they can donate a MS Points card to me if they like my suggestion.

      • why did you post three separate messages over the span of 30 minutes with no replies

He should have just edited and made it into one post - but all the info is legitimately helpful so surely you can let it slide?

  • Just as another suggestion there are typically a few eBay sellers who will sell 4800 points around $45 each. I find that great value for money.

BUT look at their feedback history first! I have seen a few people pop up, selling points so cheap you wonder how it's possible then after a week the account is deleted or not used and they never give the points (this is due to a new account being made, so look up their feedback history) (also it's common that the sellers who say they won't E-Mail the code out cause it violates eBay's terms are the scamers because it buys them time while your waiting for your code in the post to rip off more people)

Also given the sale does not have long left, bare in mind how long they may take to E-Mail you the code.

    • Absolutely. The last set of points I bought off eBay was a lot of 4000 for $37.75 working out to roughly 0.94 cents per point. This means that using my points to buy Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for 600 MS points costs me only $5.66. It's definitely the better way to do it!

  • 4200 Microsoft points here - http://www.fishpond.com.au/Games/4200-Microsoft-Points/08853… for $46.43. Yes, it's Fishpond. Yes, they're raging douchenozzles. Buyer beware - but I did get my points from them eventually, after much bitching.
