Our soaps are not organic certified. We made a mistake when we decided the name, we thought organic = natural, after we realized the mistake, we tried to change the name to onlynaturalsoap, but we couldn't afford the cost to rebuild everything(Logo, copywrite, seo, label, business name etc). So we decided to keep this name, but tell people about this in our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Only-Organic-Soap/10070150007… and faq page: http://onlyorganicsoap.com.au/faq-help/, and we have also talked with the organic soap manufacturer (currently there are only 2 in Australia, soapsolutions.com.au & tilleysoaps.com.au). Hopefully we will solve this problem asap.

The ingredients we use in our soaps are all from local supermarket: Woolie, Coles, Aldi etc, and home made them. We also import soaps from other soap makers in Australia. They are all good quality.

While I appreciate that you admit your products are not organic, the certification bodies in Australia will feel differently about your continued use, and the bigger your grow and more it will cost you to fix the mistake. I cannot abide that it was simply 'too expensive' to fix your mistake, and now that you are aware of it then you are liable. You mention authentic organic soap manufacturers, but you yourself are undermining them and their efforts when your advertise falsely.
Furthermore, you took the time to compare products and pricing with Honest 2 Goodness. I am not affiliated with H2G in any way and did not present their link to advertise, but to show you what proper products descriptions for soap should look like since your advertising 'organic' and 'natural'. H2G are primarily a wholesaler and anything they sell can be found at most health stores for the same price as their retail store pricing.

Many soaps on this page are much cheaper than yours and have the benefit of being organic with actual natural ingredients.
Which bring me to my last issue, what exactly is 'natural' about the ingredients in your soaps? Natural means, that while not organic, the procut is free from refining, processing, chemical additives, etc… You freely admit your source ingredients are sources from Aldi, Coles, etc… where processing, and chemical additives are in very high use.
In essence, my dear OzBargainers - while i'm happy to be properly corrected - these soaps are no better than whatever else Coles / Aldi is offering, at much higher prices. See for yourself how much cheaper organic / natural soap can be had from any of the links i have provided.
I have no idea why other people's price are lower, maybe because they have larger quantity, or maybe they have cheaper price from supplier. Or maybe they come from china. I don't know.
But Our price is reasonable! higher than someone, but also lower than someone. We are small hobby business, but we are proud about our soaps, We use our soaps every day from bath to dish wash.
I don't know nothing about the chemicals in woolie, aldi, coles's product, but I checked label, if it says 100% oatmeal, then I believe it is 100% oatmeal. And I eat those food everyday.
So I am totally confident about our soaps, I use those soaps everyday on myself, and I only use food grade ingredients.
If you choose to believe our soaps are bad without even using them. then I have nothing to say.

Where is your Organic certification found on the website? As i understand you must have organic industry certification if you advertise as 'organic'
