Your better off buying freshly roasted beans for a little more

    • The coffee were packed 2 weeks ago. They are as fresh as the ones you purchase at the roaster. The expiry date is March 2014. I do buy from wholesale roaster too, but these have a very strong aroma hence fresher than the ones in Woolies or Coles. I always check for expiry date, which is an indicator of freshness of coffee beans. I only post this because I know its fresh and cheap per 100g.

      • does VITTORIA now put roast dates on their coffee?

Someone posted a bargain and you post something that is more expensive. What's the point?

      • as per the previous comment, there are alternatives that might be better value for those who want less weight or staleness :)

  • Great posting, Rhodes is next to work, will pop by during lunch tomorrow and get some, and share them out with family (thats a good way to share the weight)

I would post about the nespresso capsules I also bought last week as a useless comment, but nah…

  • First world problems.
    Brainwashed coffee drinkers nowadays.
    Bullshit taste varieties.

I make coffee from year old cheap beans, fine.
I get compliments about my fresh coffee.
I use a simple Kmart Homemaker Drip Coffee Maker, 12 bucks.
My beans are from IGA, I grind them in large quantities, so I am good for a month every time.

Great deal! Too bad they're not in WA.
