    And this is the best price it's ever been? It's still a bit much I think, especially for a site not everyone trusts.

      Mine was US$299 + about $30 shipping from Amazon US. Hopefully they do that price again one day!
      I'd sign up for an alert at Camelx3. Based on the price history it looks like it might be due for a price drop soon.

        The US ones won't be any good here as they're designed to run on 110VAC.
        Here in Au we have 240VAC power.

        Please noted it is not global voltage.

          The charger states:
          110V - 240V, 50-60Hz

          You claim that they won't work here in Australia (".. US ones won't be good here as they are designed to run on 110VAC (sic))…", contrary to the fact that it does and the fact that most chargers these days are universal 110-240V.

    I would wait or get from Costco. Better to get it from a bricks and mortar store in case you have problems. I bought my DC44 from Bing Lee for $299 when it was ozbargained here around 3 months ago.

    This is a good price if it is indeed Australian stock :) I got mine 3 months ago for $460 at Good guys. So at $399 + SH it's the cheapest I have seen anywhere for Australian stock.

    Just bought one .. been looking at getting one from Amazon for months now and they have been out of stock any the lack of warranty always worried me. This is a great price for AU stock.

    Just hope delivery isn't took long .
    According to their confirmation email
    ETA is 5 to 10 business days .. Happy with that
