    Well you can go grey RU sites, but its strongly advised against generally. That being said, I bought borderlands 2 RU (comes with RU and world edition for English and DLC) for $14.50 from cdkeydeals.com .The serial is a picture of a printed serial on a box, but it works. But sometimes they are illegally obtained and publishers can get pissy and ban these kinds of keys, and yo have close to 0% chance of getting a refund.

    Yeah there have been a few cheaper ones on here from smaller cd key sellers for around ~$26
