Humble Bundle THQ and Android - Darksiders, Red Faction, Contre Jour, AnomalyKorea, Pvz, MetalSlug3

770

Humble Weekly Sale: THQ

Pay a minimum of 1 dollar for #1 and #2. Beat the current average of 6.80 for #3 and #4.

  1. Darksiders.

  2. Red Faction Armageddon.

  3. Darksiders 2.

  4. Red Faction Guerilla.

Humble Bundle for Android

Pay more than the current average of $5.42 to unlock #5 and #6.

  1. Anomaly Korea - I'm currently playing this game. It's an awesome awesome game. It's like reverse tower-defense. Instead of attacking hordes of enemies, enemies attack you as you progress through the levels.

  2. Contre Jour - A beautifully designed game. Short video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPV7iHzCok0

  3. Bladeslinger - A hit action game that debuted on iOS.

  4. Plants v Zombies - Another great game. It's consistently ranked as one of the best mobile games.

  5. Metal Slug 3 - Classic game.

  6. The Room.

Please be generous and pay what you can afford but pay within your means. If a dollar is all you can afford, then so be it. This bundle actually has all awesome games (at least from my perspective) and is well worth it.

  • +1 for the Android games. #1, #2, #4 and #5 are probably worth it alone.

  • Contre Jour's pretty cool.

  • +2

Thanks OP. Grabbed the Android ones. Metal Slug 3, here I come.

  • Looks like the THQ bundle is gone already

  • Just bought Plants versus Zombies at Google play birthday sale, sigh… Now I have two copies….

    • I have about half a dozen copies from the various free giveaways :-/

  • Thanks! Do the Android ones still activate on Steam as well? I can't seem to make that work.

    • +1

1/2 way down the page in red letters:

Please note: the games in this bundle are only available for Android.

      • +1

Thanks. I bought without looking, which is what I usually do with all Humble Bundles

  • do you think these games would work on the HTC One?

    • +3

The android games will, the pc games won't.

      • yup thats what i wanted to know, saw this and wanted to double check
        http://support.humblebundle.com/customer/portal/articles/105…

      • Though Darksiders on mobile would be pretty awesome…

        • maybe just something like logmein or vnc? I'm pretty sure that's basically how the ps vita plays on the ps3.

  • Cheers, bought the THQ bundle.

    • Was it a single key for the bundle?

      • Don't know I haven't used it yet. Was going to check it tomorrow after my exam. xD

        • +3

no, separate keys for everything in the THQ one.

  • Damn, I already have most of the games.
    Great deal though!

    • Yeah, same here. Didn't get the THQ weekly bundle 'cause I would be paying in effect $6 for Darksiders II - have the other 3 games from the previous THQ bundle.

      • +1

$6 is too much for Darksiders II?

      • +2

I bought Darksiders II in October from the Steam store for $35 on sale(including the season pass though). It has a metacritic rating of 81. Yet I still havent played it! …time and all of its constraints.

  • Always wanted to play darksiders! Thanks. Red faction any good?

    • Not sure about Armageddon but Red Faction: Guerrilla is an immensely fun game to play.

    • +1

Red Faction Guerrilla = GTA in Mars with destructible environments and lot of explosions.
Red Faction Armageddon = Similar to above but with closed environment and a lot of bugs.

  • Great bundles are few and far between these days. But this is an excellent one!

  • I know Humble Bundle "always" adding more games later on, regardless you beat the average or just pay $1, but does this happen to the "Weekly" sale? any previous experience with last week Bastion sale?

    • sorry, what are you asking?

      • In short, are they going to add more games to the "Weekly" sale later on? just like all of previous Humble Bundle sale.

        • ohh i'm not sure, this is only the second time i've bought from them. in the bastion sale they didn't add any more games though

  • I screwed up buying Darksiders 2 at 15$ totally :/

    • +5

Funny how that's expensive these days - huzzah for Humble Bundles and the big Steam/Amazon sales!

      • +1

THANK GOD I SAY!!! I remember when paying less than $60 simply meant you ended up with a game you might enjoy for an afternoon and could force yourself to play for no longer than a couple of weeks.

  • Does the red faction armageddon DLC come separately or is it part of the one key?

    • it comes separately :)

  • +3

I wish Humble Bundle teamed up with the Play store so I can have a centralized place of my droid app/games

It seems that the Play store only has sales on VERY special occasions, while over at the iOS ecosystem they have app sales go cheap/free almost daily

    • nah, the industry needs seperatists like steam or humble bundle to keep the big guys honest. I hope steam creates a linux console that has modular PC parts!

  • No love for "The Room"? One of the best iOS games to come out last year finally on Android.

  • Wish there were more apps on humble bundles not just games..

  • Anomaly Korea is pretty damn good

  • 3 more games added to the Android bundle (if you beat the average):
