      Mine went through 15 minutes ago (Paypal). For some reason I thought it was FFIV, not the 10 year old FFXI, still might give it a go.

    Coming from a HUGE fan of FF and various paid MMORPGs, IMO none of the FF MMORPGs have been worth their subscription.

      FFXI was worth it IMO. Played it for a few years myself. FFXIV is not worth it at the moment though.

      Since this is GMG, I'm guessing they're selling the EU version of FFXI and the key won't be compatible if you have a NA FFXI account. Can anyone confirm that?

      Also noticed that I'm not getting any registration codes for both the Seekers of Adoulin expansion and FFXI Ultimate Collection in the confirmation e-mail when I purchased them. No code appeared in my keys list either. Trying to download them through Capsule at the moment to see if the code is included in the download.

    but yeah pay to play sucks :(

    How does the monthly subscription work?
    Does it automatically withdraw from the credit card I used to buy this game?
    Or does it require us to sign up and provide CC details?

      The game is old… at the time it came out, that was the standard price of subscription. WoW charges $14.95 which became the new standard.

      These days most are free to play or have that as a model.

    I tried this game 10 years ago. Horrible interface. Looked like it was made for a PS2 controller, which it likely was. Could not play more than 10 minutes of the game.

    To get the game its like steam, you need to download Greenmangaming client "capsule" to download play game. It did tell you this when you paid for the game. They dont email the cdkey

    You use your account name and password to login to client

        Have unlimited adsl2 12gb will be quick. But yes without a valid cdkey willbe very hard to play…

        Thought they may honor the price it seems not (fair enough)

      You actually need a CD Key to register for the service and I'm pretty sure it won't be included in the installation files that you downloaded from Capsule.

      I bought both the collection and Seekers of Adoulin expansion. Only downloaded the expansion which is ~300MB in size and couldn't find any registration code for it. You actually need to code to register the game or expansion to your account. Notice that the support article linked above mentioned that GMG won't be supplying keys to anyone who bought the game at this price.

    Just been refunded my 1 cent and game no longer available on my account. Pretty much a big scam. A big god damn 1 cent scam.
