OralB cashback

Hey guys
I bought an oralb toothbrush late December last year and posted the cashback forms straight away. I still haven't received my cashback however.

Anyone else had the same experience?

    I bought a Braun Epilator in January, and am yet to receive the cashback either. They're probably pissed that I got their machine for free thanks to the big HN.

    I got my cash back from Oral B ages ago. Maybe you need to contact them.

    I lodged in November it looks like and I can't really find when I got the cashback because I think it was a gift card. But it was at least two months ago.

    I lodged cashback on previous offer, claimed in Sep 1st week and received in dec mid. I called them in november and they said the same (will come in december).

    I lodged mine just before xmas and received it about a month ago. I hope you kept a copy, they may claim they didn't receive it (and maybe they didnt).

      i have a copy of the receipt, but dont have copy of the claim form.
      i rang them in february and they said my claim was approved in late jan, and that i should have the cashback by late march.

      ill give them a ring tomorrow!

    I posted mine in mid January but have not received the cashback.

    Takes about 90 business days from date of claim approval (Does not include weekends/pubic holidays in the 90 day count)

    Just called them up, they said they were having some issues which has been rectified. The lady said I should receive my cash back within 2wks
