Seems to be a pretty decent price considering Ozgameshop has the physical copy of Spec Ops for $34.99 and Duke Nukem for $14.39 , I usually use them as a reference point.
Duke Nukem received pretty average reviews (and that might even be generous), but Spec Ops was generally reviewed more favorably.
Yes that has been the problem with most recent sales on PSN hasn't it? Fear of PS Plus getting the game and missing out on the freebie. It would benefit Sony greatly if they were to give a promise of a game not appearing on Plus for 6 months or more whilst significant sales like this are on.

This is not a good deal, you can get them cheaper at retail/ebay
Spec Ops is a must play though.
just a reminder, Spec Ops could be added to Instant Game Collection in the future, considering they have done it for US.
