    I fully recommend exercising. Some people won't, can't or don't. Don't believe me, then look around- fatest nation per capita in the world. Anyway, let's say you take one of those crazy pills that increases your sweating and metabolism. I have tried them. Evil things. For me anyway. Can't sleep well at all, but it burns more energy.

    So perhaps you are bigger and want to just walk and get benefits more than what your walk might do. Then this would be helpful. Helpful, not the entire solution. A squat or lunge is not possible in bigger people, or people with knee problems.

    So whether you like it or not, my only point is that this is good value for the product that it is.

  It won't work.

  Squats, lunges & a cellulite roller ($2.80 at Daiso) is the only way to fix cellulite & a saggy bum. As for the 'hard to lose' fat, see a plastic surgeon about lipo.
