Due to a brilliant start to the season we have an over supply of fresh lambs that need to go. The lambs are export quality and are usually reserved for restaurants.
Tasman Meats (15 locations in Victoria including regional) have specials every week that are usually pretty good; this fortnights special on lamb is especially good if you ask me.
