These are the normal lamb chops with all the fat still attached, hence why it's so cheap. The "heart smart" trimmed ones are much better.
Really…. All the flavour removed by the fat nazis…
Better for your health but the non-trimmed ones taste much better. Crispy lamb cutlet fat is delicious!

They do have the crap fatty forequarter (starting tomorrow)for $8.49 (half price) but not a fan (except to slow cook in winter yum)
