At the risk of referring to expired prices; assuming this is the wifi only 16GB, it's a so-so deal considering it recently went for $154…

The 2012 (1st gen) Nexus 7 32GB is now $208 (down $20), still not great, but I'll point it out if anybody cares. You could update the OP.
