Just did a quick benchmark for ya, Cyberpunk 2077 at high defaults with Quality DLSS. Got an average FPS of 90. Ryzen 5900HS and RTX 3060

The 3060 in my laptop happily pumps out over 120fps @ 1080p with med to high settings.

Zotac fans are noisy, but they're your best bet at having no coil whine. Had an Asus 4080 Tuf, and that had terrible coil whine.
