No puffer jackets are rain or waterproof. You need a jacket with a shell and breathable otherwise it's like weather a plastic bag.

Think the router needs to be specifically compatible with the brand and product. I know Deco will only work with Deco router.

It's only $120 so I'd guess best for that price. The Deco would be better but a lot more expensive.
