In reality OLED on laptops tanks battery life, especially at high brightness. In a worst case scenario it can halve battery life.

Price/performance is still about the same. If a 3060 is worth it to OP then a 3060 ti should be too.

The 1650 is about on par with a rx470. That’s a perfectly good GPU for most games at 1080p. Especially for mobile.
