OC with z490 to 5ghz all core. downsides are z490's are pricey, but better perf than any ryzen 3000 for gaming

The higher the res, the less of a bottleneck a cpu is, as the cpu can take more time to process each frame.

Not the best deal but 16GB for less than $100. I think this Ram is 1.25V, so overclocking is a possibility.
