They do have your credit card details, and you would legally agree to send them your device..

They have also removed certains phones from trade-in. Like A21s can no longer be traded in.

I think it's only glass back and bigger screen. Not worth $300 IMO

The trade up app asks about whether there are cracks in the phone - which makes the trade-in ineligible as it get assessed at $0.

Lately most Telstra operatives won't let you "upgrade" JB plans. Only way is to pay ETC.
