I don't know of any ways to get one for yourself. Social engineering might be your best bet; asking friends/family etc.

E14 or E15. The E595 and E495 are last years models and have significantly slower cpus.

I managed to reproduce this issue using my phone, disabling ad blocking & enabling cookies fixed it.
