Actually, think it is okay. Re-read the terms and it does say allow up to 5 weeks after the 31st August for the bonus points to appear.

I transferred 46000 FlyBuys points and was awarded 20010 not 22310 Velocity points. Do the 2300 bonus points appear later on? Thanks
