I have a 9070xt undervolted/overclocked and it's running beautifully faster, cooler and pulling 230w only

It depends on your PC mate, only go 4k if you setup can handle it well... In my opinion 1440p is the sweet spot

Bought that for $499 from the Dell outlet not long ago, great monitor, I haven't had any issues with it. Definitely recommend it.
