Just received order (vic). It is normal parcel post and not express post like what we have paid for!!! This is fraud.

Seems like they are using normal parcel post too instead of next day express post that we have paid? Is this fraudulent?

Website promised shipping on Tues with high Express postage which is fine as we are happy to pay. Forced us to download Arrive app to view…
