I don't think you'd see more than a 5% difference at most. And getting new ram always runs the risk of the new parts having issues.

Don't think so, but the board won't work with Zen 3 out of the box, you would need an interim CPU to perform a BIOS update first.

Honestly just buy the best processor you can afford. I went from a 3600 to 5900 and it has been night and day.
