They're probably listing the ah of the lithium at 3.7v so it would be closer to 5ah. I'd still get the lithium one for reliability though

AGM batteries should only be discharge to 50% so it's useable as a 40ah, also they are much heavier than lithium

If your engine doesn't need more than this then the main reason would be bigger capacity and higher fast charging wattage

Gt3000 can do 65w pd fast charging which makes it more useful I think
