my GPU usage never goes above 60%, honestly I would be surprised if a MBA couldn't handle 1 or 2 4k60Hz

I have the M1Max MBP and it runs its inbuilt ~4k120Hz monitor, 1x external 4k120Hz monitor, and 2x external 4k60Hz monitor like a dream.
