These are junk. They are expensive and don't seal well around the nose, so will never meet the P2/N95 filtration standards in practise.

I still have the original HE-400 from years ago. I wonder how these compare.

Pros and cons to both styles of printer. FDM has the advantage of greater strength, simpler non-toxic process, huge range of colours/types...

I find their PETG is better, but nothing prints as fast and reliably as eSun PLA+ in my experience (for the price).

Better off waiting for SunLu PLA to go on sale. Plenty of bulk deals on eBay.

Yep, you save enough to just replace the motherboard with something much superior.

A couple of months ago you could stack eBay coupons and get it for $217. Didn't post it because the listing had less than 5 units, but...

Decent price, but may be worth holding off. They're going back to the superior N32 chips, and the price has been lower before.

For what it's worth, SGP retention is very low with bellows. Main issue is clumping IMO.

How was this ever worth $24 a month? More expensive than UHD Netflix.

Maybe this Casio watch? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/370998873662

PS5 has Kraken compression, so if games make good use of it they should install smaller than other consoles.

Still the best value gaming device, even if retail price. The controller/graphics combo are awesome IMO. Check out the Unreal Engine 5 demo...

These things are a massive PITA to get working on your local network. Both Android and iOS apps are cooked, especially if you're joining...

Doesn't matter, but I'd avoid anything translucent or black, because it'll be harder to determine the quality of your first layer.

No, if you want wifi get a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 for a few bucks and use Klipper firmware. With PLA you'll probably want PLA+ from reputable...

Not my first, bought it as a gift. The only bad thing about it is the chip is a clone, so no custom firmware available yet.
25/11/2021 - 21:18
Chip shortage means that companies might switch to clones. Always worth checking.
25/11/2021 - 14:55
Do these machines ship with genuine STM32 chips or clones?
25/11/2021 - 13:53
Voxelab Aquila (X2) is a good alternative. I bought one the other week for $217.

DJ description says "Twinkly Strings goes beyond the traditional decorative Christmas lighting with a Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi controller"....

Cheaper at David Jones https://www.davidjones.com/Product/24496386?q=Twinkly&redirect=0&search_category=product

Do these use genuine STM32 chips?
22/11/2021 - 10:57
Given you could get a Voxelab Aquila X2 for $217 during the recent singles day sales, this would have to be a pretty amazing printer.

Fair, but baskets are cheap if you stop there. 😄
16/11/2021 - 17:20
If paying for upgrades anyway you're better off getting a Breville Bambino.
16/11/2021 - 16:56
Helps with both. But it doesn't explain why the machine would need it if reviewed by a professional who definitely has fresh coffee and...

Why would an espresso machine need a pressurised filter if the coffee is fresh?
