Even on consoles it looks horrible. It doesn't run any better than pc it's just running at lower graphics settings

Nope, they're banning IMEI numbers. So your phone could have all the right bands but still be blocked

You should do an undervolt, my 4070 ti was noisy too. Now it's usually 1500rpm or less with an unnoticeable performance loss.
