How strange...there was no option for me to auto transfer before. Even the staff acknowledged this when I called up.

I've called up Citi and their minimum points transfer is 3000.

Just confirmed with Velocity that they will not honour 20% bonus for Citi auto transfer simply because auto transfer was not available when…

Just discovered that you can now opt in for points autosweep if you're with Citi. This option was previously not available.
