    $10 shipping for a $1 spoon that weighs ~50g.

Edit. At least the code applies to shipping. May as well call it free shipping of the $10 is fixed

Double edit. There are some items with free shipping :)

Please amend the title with WA offer only ?

They post Aus-wide as far as I can see

  • Do you need to be a kitchen warehouse member?

  • Actually you can't even pick up from WA store ..meh..

    • Agreed! This would be good!!

Dont even need to buy something for $10. Added several things to make it over $10, apply code, removed items i didnt want and the order went through.

Until you receive the item, don't count your chickens…!

  • In store, they asked for my VIP card and then tried to look me up in the system, so be aware.

  • Tried what Grandpipe suggested, ordering over $100 and removing items but it still charged shipping.

    • oh, i didnt get free shipping. I got $10 off, so free shipping. Basically bought something i needed for $5 delivered.

I got a very judgemental look when using the voucher in store for a $12 item, but other than asking for VIP card (they managed to look my up by name) it was smooth. I had actually received the email though…

    • i never understand why the coloured mugs are less expensive then plain white.

  • All good at Kitchen Warehouse Osborne Park, they just asked me to become a VIP member to use it. Got a Scanpan knife set that I had been looking at buying.
Spoke to the lady at the counter and she said buying a $10.95 item and paying the 95c would be fine too but only one use per customer. Might have to go to another store tomorrow.
    Receipt of purchase below.

    • How do i become a member? Do i apply for it instore? Or could i do it online?

    • Let us know how you go at another store! I wonder if they track your usage on your account…

Confirmed this can be used multiple times at different stores under the same VIP account. Just used it at KW Joondalup to get a 6 Piece Glass set from $19.95 to $9.95.

  • went in to the Cockburn store today, showed the printed voucher, was questioned like criminal how did I get the voucher since its only for VIP , then I said I wanted to join VIP and she told me she ran out of VIP cards, couldn't sign me up and couldn't use the voucher, very frustrated

    • Wow that is so annoying! I hope you went over to officeworks to claim the $10 voucher with them while you were there

      • no I didn't :(
not a student anymore, don't know where to get it , unless Livingston ANZ has some?

        • No idea where they would be and i doubt there would be any left :(

    • Don't see why the store person was unhappy if shes not even the owner of Kitchen Warehouse. Any Tom Dick and Henry can walk in and apply the 'VIP' membership for free. The staff being upset over this VIP thing is like calling the owner for being stupid to promote his/her business this way.

      • *Harry

  • The staff just insist she had used up all the VIP cards, can't sign me up, cant even do a manual sign up through her computer and send the card to me later, so just can't use the voucher, not a very clever VIP sign up system I guess

Hi guys, just an update, u can use the live chat online to sign up VIP, then card will be posted to u. Just record your card number and bring with you to the store to use straight away. Tried 2 store and no problem using the voucher twice. Besides, Cockburn store has the Global Chef knife 20cm on sale for $69 at the counter, seems like a good price, not sure if that's just in-store special or not though since online price is $99
