Infinitely better, both in design and in material used in construction.

The Award ones are very thin and very brittle.

FYI: I have about 40 of the 52L Award ones, as well as other brands. They get stacked 5 high, with perhaps 10kg in each one. I probably break an Award one every other week…. some of the lids of them break by themselves, just from pressure from above.

Storage containers need to be sturdy and resilient.

    • In my experience the Award lids crack too easily whereas the Starmaid last many years, also I dislike tubs with wheels. YMMV.

Because the Award ones are absolutely SHIT.

      1. They bulge

      2. The latches for the lids don't latch the lid.

      3. If you fart near them, they crack.

      4. If you place another Award on top of an Award one, and accidentally drop it say 1cm… the lid of the lower one cracks.

    Yes, I agree.

and have no wheels so are easy to stack.

    Totally illogical comment. And wrong.

Go look at the lids of the ones with wheels, and you will understand.
