          I'm having the same problem. Got an email yesterday saying its connected. Now when I connect it gets all the way to the b symbol being green and the @ symbol just continues to flash red…

          I rang them and they were hardly any help. Told me to ring their superior I.T team in 2 business days. What did they do for you/ how did you fix your problem?

          @iJustinz: Hey! I hope its fixed by now. I had called them and told them I got the email saying my service was activated but it did not work. The rep said he'll check and I was on hold for about 15 minutes. When he got back to me he apologised and said it was an error on their part and asked me to reset my router, the internet was working fine thereafter. I did not have to get through to anyone else/other team but maybe you just got unlucky calling during the holiday season, perhaps their employees are on break and the call was outsourced to another company.

      Your ping to sydney is 59 ms? That's pretty high for a 'gamer' plan that's meant to reduce ping.

        It's normal for Darwin at the moment :(. Still using old core switches.

        He's using an LG-G5 smartphone to test, and is on Wifi, which adds may around 10-20 ping to the test.

        Use ethernet for a more accurate picture.

          Yes, but for the standard $59.99 plan. I followed the link from op and signed up that way. Had similar issues to most other people with connection but seems to be working fine for me.

    My service got activated this morning. HFC. Quite fast speeds. And it didn't drop during evening peak time. At least not yet. When more leechers migrate to the service I expect that to change.
