Hi all, I've purchased this last time it went on sale. Pretty good value, motor seems to be quiet. Just put an Ikea table top on and it makes a pretty nice & cheap standing desk.

it was $240 last time :-(
$270, you might as well get one with a table top?
The base is 70cm so if you get a table top that is 60cm, there would be a 5cm gap at the back of the table top.

Wow, legs only that's a shame. Not even close to the $44 Catch deal the other day, I have the $149 desk (manual adjust) from Aldi and has been solid.

The Catch deal was a pricing "Technical error" and all purchases were refunded.

  • Interesting postage fees…

    • if you log in, it will become free postage.

Still showing full postage rate when checking out with PayPal

  • Hmm tempting. Have an IKEA Karlby table top as my desk atm

Got this back when it was $240 back in Feb and have no complaints for that price. Cut down this panel from bunnings to about 180cm and fits nicely.
I note the price before discount was $270 back then, so not sure this is a great deal…

    • ive got the same table top but left at the default length. do you think it'd be hard to extend the standing desk frame to make it work?

      • Desk frame extends to 180cm. So you'd still have overhang of 20cm either side if you leave the panel at 220cm. Probably okay… not sure.
Mine is overhanging about 5cm either side.

    • Quick question, how do you lock the table top to this panel? Do you need to have drilling tools for it? thank you!

      • +1

Yeah. It comes with some screws to drill into the bottom of the tabletop to fix it in place.

        • Thank you!

Do you have any pictures of your desk? :)

  • Very happy with mine purchased for $240 back in Feb. Have the Ikea 2mx0.6m table top (the space can't support a bigger size anyway) and it works well and looks good!

  • Anyone know where to find 80cm deep table tops? Everything appears to be 60cm for some reason, that is tiny.

I bought an Omnidesk top because they were close to 80cm but it's so expensive.

I need something around 1.8m wide and 0.8m deep.

    • Depending on your setup, you want it may be able to get by with 2x405mm panel from bunnings, they top out at 1800mm long

    92.3% positive…..that's a terrible feedback score.

  • Am interested in this but still showing the $100-odd delivery charge. Anyone had any luck in buying it without paying shipping (not including pickup)?
