not bad price but if it doesnt say dual motor it's likely single motor, also desk is 60cm deep, depends on your preference i usually like at least 70cm. MDF board is also cheap and thin, not the most sturdy. if you can be bothered and can screw a few screws / want a larger desk probably better to wait for the TR sports frame on sale for 240 during ebay promos and buy your own table top

    • Product previews look like single motor

Likewise - Better value for Aerostralia Standing Desk Frame $179 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/679345 + table top if can find a deal

waiting for the deals for a time machine to return to the 30 mins that $179 deal was active for

I agree with everything you said. Bare minimum depth needs to be 70cm.

Based on the instruction manual (direct link to the pdf), the desk looks like a single motor. You can see the 'axle' (part no.5) going across the underside.

      • 50kg max weight? even the cheapo artiss brand ones sub $200 'claim' 80kg max

    • Tr sport all the way!!! Mine still going no issues

    • Nothing wrong with single motor - in fact, fewer motors to fail - but it’s just the lift capacity to watch out for. Looks like this desk is only 50kg which really isn’t much once you subtract the weight of the table top

  • from the photo looks like single motor - https://aldicatalogue.blob.core.windows.net/image/7077502021…

  • the dual stand is cheap. not sure quality, but specification is ok. both screen<=27 inch, 6.5 kg

  • Minimum height 72cm is still too high for many people… I got a standing desk with 71cm min height and i am 175cm and still require a foot rest

  • So this is no good because its single motor and only 60 cm.deep?

  • Not available widely outside sydney by the look of it.

I've bought two of the Aimezo dual motor desk frames from fleabay over the last 6 months. Very happy with them.

    https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/anfallare-table-top-bamboo-8046…
    https://www.jkhopkins.com.au/shop/desking/office-desks/watec… (30 bucks on gumtree)

    • Do you think it would fit a 180cm desktop?

      • +1

I'm using the 180x90x2.5cm desktop in the jkhopkins link above. The frame width is adjustable, mine is set to about 173cm which is probably just under its maximum.

The desktop probably weighs around 35kg but the motors raise it pretty effortlessly as they should with a 120kg rating.

  • Finally an affordable ergonomic split keyboard with the '6' key on the correct side of the split.

  • Do people use separate laptop cooling fans with those stands or they get stands with the cooling pads built in. Could that Aldi one be used with a Havit F056 cooling pad I'm getting?

  • Has anyone tried that mouse (has it been sold before?)
It looks very similar to the Logitech MX vertical… but $20

    • seems to be a bauhn branded one but might a new product launch? unless its a rebrand. my cheapo Delux middle mouse started fritzing out so I've ordered one but i wouldn't expect it to last like a logitech

    • I got a few items from this sale, including:

      • Dual monitor arms - bigger than I was expecting and will need to figure out how to adjust the monitor arms and secure them in place (arm with laptop stand won't stay in place and will extend to max. height if not set close to the lowest point, which is fortunately the appropriate height for me); note: be careful when removing the original velcro strips wrapped around the monitor arms, as it will unexpectedly extend - I got hit in the cheekbone and am expecting a bruise on face in coming days; fortunately it missed my glasses
      • Ergonomic keyboard - I was able to adapt pretty quickly to this keyboard but need to relearn to touch-type the 'B' key with left hand only
      • Ergonomic mouse - yes, I noticed that it looks very similar to the Logitech MX vertical but can't comment on difference as this is my first ergonomic mouse; it has extra buttons than a normal mouse so will take some time getting used to (must read manual to know their functions)
      • 16-in-1 dock - different setup to my old dock but seem to work fine once devices are all connected; adaptor lefts off a soft, high-pitched noise which can be disconcerting. My desk is close to my bed but fortunately I turn off the powerboard after I log off work so it shouldn't disturb my sleep.
    • arrived yesterday, gotta say first impressions not great, mouse overall seems fine but in use ital stop mouse tracking seemingly randomly every couple of minutes, even fully charged or connected via usbc. no other bluetooth devices on and less than a meter from the pc while it claims to have a range of up to 10meters lol.
