      Call, complain that you haven't received any notification that your system is on it's way - when (if) they say the deal is null and void, complain bitterly that they have had your money for X weeks and request they pay interest that you would have lost if the money was in a bank. Call consistantly, complain everytime, make a note of who you spoke to on what day and what time, and request that they elevate your complaint.
