      Yes from EPP (Govt) didn't want to risk it with EDU store as it was explicit in the T&C that it was excluded.

    According to the Samsung Trade-up email, I understand there is a 'late return fee' which is 'up to $60'. Is this in addition to the $60 fee for not returning the device (e.g. $60 + $60 = $120)?

      The initial $60 should have already been charged to your accounts and only followed the Late fee. Total out-of-pocket is $120.

      I'm a bit confused. First time doing trade-in online here.
      They did initially charged $185 which is the value of my trade-in. I understand this $185 will be refunded if i send my phone and subsequently assesed as good condition.
      But if i didnt end up sending the phone, will they refund the difference? $185 minus $60 (late fee) and $60 (non-return of trade-in product)?

        No, if you don't send in the phone, they will keep the $185 and charge you $60 for (non-return fee)

    So according to Auspost, my phone arrived at Asurion on Friday 16th of Feb at Midday.
    I sent internal comms in the trade portal on Tuesday stating it's still listed as en route etc…
    Yesterday (21/2) i get an email saying they haven't received phone and will charge me a late fee if they don't receive it in 7 days.
    As of this afternoon (22/2), phone still listed as en route, still no reply from asurion.

    I am in fear of what's to come. :|

    (and as a bonus, i still don't have my samsung refund either, which i've escalated with chat multiple times (listed awaiting dispatch, despite nothing left to send).

      I got the same email, a few days after AusPost said my item has been delivered for the trade-in, we'll have to wait and see, I think they're very busy, and haven't process our trade in item yet.

      Mine took many days to reach them and be assessed, I was well overdue the final return date. The last email I got did state I could disregard the warning if I'd recently sent in the phone.

      I recieved my phone on 26th of Jan, but only just got the watch today. There was no notification just suddenly got a text saying I have a parcel coming today and had no idea what it was.

                  I think they have taken out the default band, have very minor lint/dust on the watch screen.

                  Got a white sports band as a standalone item to match the black watch.

        I didnt complain. Samsung contacted me to apologise for the delay.

        I complained about late S24 Ultra orders before and they gave nothing for those.

    Yep got a watch as well - didn't even order the ultra, just a normal S24. Was not expecting it at all.

    Ended up being an amazing deal in the end. $820 for S24, case, screen protectors, Galaxy A9 tablet (sold for $260) and a galaxy 6 LTE 43mm watch.

        It's also very strange that I received no confirmation email on 19th Jan after I filled up the form. I was expecting an email say something like: thanks for filling up information etc" after submit the form but no any form of communication. I have a friend who didn't receive any confirmation and purchased at the same time but he received the watch.

          I didn't get any confirmation from filling the form, or any emails from samsung. I was able to confirm that i was getting one through the chat. So you might try and ask if you are on the list, they said they had a tonne of orders to work through and couldnt give me an eta but a day or so later Got a auspost notification and then it arrived.

    Received my classic 6 43mm black with white straps today

    I had 2x Jotforma filled one at 1150am and other at 1230pm 18th. Reading the terms competition started at 12 so I think I qualified for only one watch

    Order was placed via EDU store. Had selected a 47mm watch but oh well. I will need to get a new straps that matches the watch but not complaining, it's a free watch!
